University of Nairobi
University of Nairobi contracted TCA to train its staff members on Risk Management. The training aimed to provide staff with a thorough introduction to sources of risk and describe the tools, techniques, systems, processes and strategies necessary for managing risk at the University. The training also focused on the critical importance of personal skills in implementing effective risk management and the need for commitment from all levels of staff within the university.
Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (Uganda)
TCA trained officers from the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries on Policy Formulation, Analysis and Advocacy. The course was designed to provide the participants with a conceptual understanding of the key issues and complexities related to processes of policy planning, analysis and advocacy. The training also provided participants with knowledge and skills in public policy.
Safaricom Limited
Safaricom Human Resource Department staff were trained by TCA on Contract Management. The course was designed to provide an understanding of how to effectively manage and administer contracts to avoid litigation and delays in the implementation of projects.
Africa Population and Health Research Center
TCA held a one-day training for APHRC on policy engagement and communication 101 and undertaking public policy making and communication. Also, TCA facilitated an annual retreat for APHRC’s policy engagement team. Both events were successful.
Kenya Revenue Authority
TCA has trained KRA staff members on various courses, the most recent being team building. The purpose of the retreat was to enable the team to achieve improved customer service delivery, communication, protocol and public relations, and improved social responsibility through sensitization on stigmatization, alcohol and drug abuse. The consultants involved in this project were highly qualified and the training was highly rated.
Kenya Human Rights Commission
Officers from the Kenya Human Rights Commission were trained on Policy and Legislative Drafting. The course was designed to provide the participants with a conceptual understanding of the key issues and complexities related to processes of moulding desired policies into effective legislation.
Airtel Uganda
Airtel Uganda and TCA have had a professional relationship since 2010. TCA has trained Airtel staff members on call centre training, logistics and supply chain management and supplier negotiations. All the three trainings were highly rated.
Anti-Counterfeit Agency Kenya
In May 2014, TCA was contracted by the Anti-Counterfeit Agency to conduct training on team building. The purpose of the retreat was to enable the team to achieve improved customer service delivery, communication, protocol and public relations, and improved social responsibility through sensitization on stigmatization, alcohol and drug abuse. The consultants involved in this project were highly qualified and the training was highly rated.
East African Breweries Ltd
TCA trained EABL staff on Legal Audits. The course was designed to provide a way for the management to frame, prioritize and anticipate the most important issues and minimize costly surprises that distract the management focus.
Migori County Assembly
TCA trained officers from the Migori County Assembly on Policy and Legislative Drafting. The course was designed to provide the participants with a conceptual understanding of the key issues and complexities related to processes of moulding desired policies into effective legislation at the county level.

The legal audit course was designed to provide a way for the management to frame, prioritize and anticipate the most important issues and minimize costly surprises that distract the management focus.
Kenya Power and Lighting Company
The data protection course assisted the Company in developing strategies to ensure its systems and processes are compliant with the Data Protection Act 2019 and minimize exposure to litigation related to breaches of the rights of data subjects.
AAR Insurance
The data protection course assisted the Insurance in developing strategies to ensure its systems and processes are compliant with the Data Protection Act 2019 and minimize exposure to litigation related to breaches of the rights of data subjects.
ABC Bank
